Originally constructed in the 1700s, this historic flour mill was first repurposed as a restaurant in the mid-twentieth century, until flooding in the 1980s left it abandoned and derelict. SgRA was brought on board by its new owners to restore the historic structure into an elegant, fine-dining restaurant and add a stunning modern addition spanning the site’s challenging natural water source to serve as a new banquet facility.
